Shkorpilovtsi
Shkorpilovtsi - a splendid resort area, situated on the Black Sea coast of Bulgaria. Here, in one of the most picturesque places in the country, the slopes of Stara Planina covered with green oak forests meet the Sea. The snow-white sandy beaches of Shkorpilovtsi are 15 km long and 150 m wide and do not step back in the magnificence of the French Azure Coast, the Italian Riviera and the Spanish Costa Brava. The uninterrupted beach line extends down to the southwest coast of the Black Sea, from Kamchia resort in the north to Cherni Nos in the south.
Residential Complex «Hunter`s Beach »
Ecopark «Hunter`s Beach» is a residential complex, situated close to the beach in the resort area of the village of Shkorpilovtsi. Sandy beaches are just 250 meters away. The region is highly evolving and the interest in it grows every year. The investment in such a property would be extremely profitable, considering also the fact that the complex is operating all year round, so that the owners of the apartments are offered the property management service in their absence. The service includes property maintenance and renting the apartment to tenants.

Ecopark Hunter's Beach offers to the guests luxurious studios and apartments located in two buildings. On the territory of the complex there is a mini spa with a Russian bath (sauna, small pool with Jacuzzi, shock bucket and relaxation area).
The outdoor swimming pool and outdoor bar in the complex are open in the summer season and they offer to our guests extra comfort and rest. For the youngest, besides the children's playground, there is a children's pool with a slide, right next to the swimming pool.
Building №1 consists of 64 apartments, and in this building is located the restaurant "Gerana".

The construction of the third building of the «Hunter`s Beach» residential complex began in October 2017. The total area of the building is 5 350 m2 in which will be located 81 apartments:
The Apartments, which will be located in Building 3, will meet all the contemporary standards required for these days residential construction. The maximum practicality and comfort were priority, when the complex was designed. From the windows of the building will have a magnificent panoramic view of the endless sea and the oak forests surrounding the residential complex. The building will be built in a traditional Bulgarian architectural style. Only ecologically clean materials (produced by worldwide reputable companies) will be used in the construction. The apartments will be offered to the buyers fully finished. At the customer's request, our interior design studio is ready to prepare a furniture design for the apartment.

- Lake. On the territory of the complex is planned to have a small private lake, where will be breeding different types of fish.
- Seafood restaurant. There will be a cozy restaurant on the shore of the lake, offering a variety of fresh fish.
- The Park intend to construct aviaries for breeding pheasants, partridges and rabbits. This part of the Park will undoubtedly become a favorite place for walk for adults and children, wildlife lovers.
